A. It shall be illegal to sell any lot, tract or property which does not conform to the requirements and regulations of this ordinance. Any person violating or aiding or abetting the violation of any provisions of this ordinance is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00. B. Each lot sold shall constitute a separate offense. Each day a person fails to comply with the provisions of this ordinance constitutes a separate offense. |
