§ 5. Alleys.

Every lot shall have an alley in the rear thereof which connects to a street and shall be so indicated in the preliminary and final plats. Alleys shall have a minimum right-of-way width of 20 feet. There shall be no requirement that alleys be surfaced as required for streets in section 3B(7).
