§ 6. Blocks.

    No block shall be longer than 1,200 feet. Where blocks are over 750 feet in length, a cross walk with a right-of-way of at least ten feet in width may be required near the center of the block.

    B.

    Courts, dead end streets, or other street space may be provided if proper access is given to all lots from a dedicated street or court. All dead end streets shall terminate in a dedicated street space having a minimum radius of 60 feet, or other satisfactory arrangement for turning of vehicles. Dead end streets shall not exceed 750 feet in length.
